Scott will be seeking a 22nd cap for her country when Ireland face Group I leaders Germany in Dublin (1 Dec).
The 27-year-old has started in four of Ireland’s seven qualifiers under Dutch coach, Vera Pauw, as the Emerald Isle aim to secure the second qualifying spot.
The group winners and the three runners-up with the best record against the sides first, third, fourth and fifth in their sections will join hosts England in the final tournament.
The other six runners-up will enter a play-off stage for the remaining three berths in the 16-team finals to be held in July 2022.
Ireland currently sit on 13 points, five behind table-topping Germany with one game left to play. Ukraine, who face Montenegro in Kiev, are the only side who can catch Ireland, with one point separating the two nations.
